These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of thenargrill.com (the “Site”), operated by The Nar Grill (“we,” “us,” or “our”), 601 W 12 Mile Rd, Madison Heights, MI 48071. By using the Site you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

About the Site

The Site provides information about our restaurant, including our menu, hours, location, catering, and ways to order. We are a carryout and delivery restaurant; there is no dine-in seating.

Ordering

Online carryout orders are placed through our ordering platform (Toast), and delivery orders are placed through third-party apps (DoorDash and Uber Eats). Those services have their own terms, prices, fees, and policies, and your order, payment, delivery, refunds, and any issues with those services are governed by them. Delivery-app prices and fees may differ from our in-store and direct prices. You can also order by phone at (248) 291-3300. We may decline or cancel an order, for example when an item is unavailable or we are closed, and will refund any payment we received for it.

Menu, prices, and availability

We work to keep the menu, prices, hours, and descriptions on the Site accurate, but they may change without notice and may differ slightly by ordering channel. Items may sell out. If you notice an error, please tell us. Photos are for illustration, and your order may look different.

Allergens and dietary information

Our food is prepared in a shared kitchen where wheat, sesame, dairy, eggs, tree nuts, fish, shellfish, soy, and other allergens are handled. We cannot guarantee that any item is free of a particular allergen or cross-contact. If you have a food allergy or dietary restriction, please call us at (248) 291-3300 before ordering. Our proteins are halal, and menu tags such as “vegetarian” describe the ingredients in the item as designed, not a guarantee against cross-contact in a shared kitchen.

Catering

Catering information on the Site is a general guide. A catering order is confirmed only when we agree to the date, headcount, menu, and price with you directly. Any deposit, cancellation, or change terms will be shared with you when you book.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Site, including by trying to interfere with its operation, gain unauthorized access, scrape it in a way that burdens it, or use it for anything unlawful.

Intellectual property

The Site’s content, including the name “The Nar Grill,” logos, text, photos, and design, belongs to us or our licensors and is protected by law. You may view and share links to the Site for personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, modify, or use our content or branding for other purposes without our written permission.

Third-party links and content

The Site links to and embeds third-party services, such as ordering platforms, delivery apps, Google Maps, and social media. We do not control those services and are not responsible for their content, availability, or practices.

Disclaimer of warranties

The Site is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not promise that the Site will always be available, error-free, or free of harmful components.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Nar Grill and its owners, employees, and agents are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, or any rights you have as a consumer.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute that cannot be resolved informally will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Oakland County, Michigan, unless the law requires otherwise.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date above shows the latest version, and continued use of the Site means you accept the changes.
